Brix was created in Quebec (Canada) with a single mission: to manufacture a natural fuel, using a minimum number of highly effective ingredients for endurance sports. Everything is based on a clear idea: energy that is rapidly usable by the body, powered by high-quality maple syrup.
Brix is much more than just a line of maple products; it's the realization of two great passions: maple syrup production and endurance sports. Since 2005, it all began with a piece of land on Mont Yamaska, in Saint-Paul-d'Abbotsford, where this unique fusion of nature and performance was born.
